Jimmy Pignataro, CPA, MBA – Owner
Jimmy started Pignataro & Associates with the goal of simplifying the tax and accounting process for his clients. Individual taxpayers, as well as business owners, need support from a tax and accounting perspective throughout the year and our firm is happy to help.
Jimmy is a licensed CPA in the state of Massachusetts with experience in both audit and tax. In addition to running the firm, he is an adjunct professor at Nichols College teaching both undergraduate and graduate level accounting courses.
Sharing information with clients as well as the next generation is a focal point of our firm! Jimmy is a resident of Longmeadow, Massachusetts and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons.

Tiffany Pignataro, CPA, MBA – Co-Owner
Tiffany has over a decade of experience in many different aspects of finance and accounting, including managing audit engagements in public accounting, managing and overseeing finance, payroll, treasury and accounting services for a global, publicly traded manufacturing company, and administering and managing all financial aspects for a growing municipality in the State of Connecticut.
Tiffany has unmatched expertise in various industries including education, manufacturing, healthcare, non-profits, and municipal government. Tiffany holds a Certified Public Accountant license issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Public Accountancy and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Tiffany enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Jimmy, and their two sons. Her hobbies include cooking, baking and being active outdoors.

Ashley Paddock, CPA – Senior Consultant
Ashley is a licensed CPA in the state of New York and helps with both bookkeeping and tax preparation. She has experience working with both individuals and businesses.
